Ho Wong

I visited the Ho Wong on a Monday evening over the Christmas period. It was one of the most enjoyable chinese meals I have ever had in Glasgow. The quality of the food (esp seafood) was superb, the service was very efficient and attentive and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The bill was certainly higher than in other Chinese restaurants (around £7-10 for starters, £14-18 for mains), but when the all-round experience is good Im happy to pay the extra.

Over priced, appalling service, this was our wedding anniversary celebration and a total disaster. The service was surley and disinterested, the prices are ridiculous for the quality of food. I would never return to this restaurant or recommend it to anyone.

Food was okie, but glasgow's got much better chinese food. That would not be such a problem except that it's also one of the most expensive chinese restaurant in glasgow. Service is average. Certainly won't be back anytime soon.
