Nice simple decor make this a pleasant, friendly place to eat in.
However they are not shy with the prices!
The antipasti of cured boar was dissapointing, it all tasted of salami. £6.60, but enough for two people....
For mains, Mussels were a huge dish, enough for two, although the wine liquer was a bit bland.
The cured beef was also a bit bland.
Best by far was the seafood spaghetti 'Scogliera' at £13.15, a real feast with the seafood cooked just right.
The wine started at £16.80 for a half-decent red.
Pint bottles of Peroni were £3.60.
With starter, drinks, and mains it averaged out at £23 each [March 2008].
I'll go again, but sober and pay a bit more attention to what I'm ordering !
Possibly superiot to mu usual haunt, the Amalfi.
Recommended.

Food is always good, good selection and plate is always full. Wild bore pizza was taste bud experience. A belt busting selection of home made deserts. Service fast and friendly, really gives the impression of a family restaurant even if the price doesn’t but still good value.
