I visited Dino's on Saturday, 19 April 2008. I am female and was on my own. I had to ask to be given a table, I had to ask for someone to take my order, and I had to ask for the bill. Not once did any member of the staff smile spontaneously at me.

I couldn't have been make to feel more invisible or unwelcome.

The food and the glass of wine were fine.

i really like dino's i go now and then , staff have always been friendly to me and i love the starter menu. Time waiting on food is not too long just enough to relax and although busy the service is still good .

Myself and a friend had a day out in Glasgow from Fife and went into Dinos for a meal. We had a soup started and the beef pasta meal. The meal was first class and as we just took a chance at 1800hrs on a sat evening without a booking, We were well looked after. I had £16 taken off my bill due to a accident resulting in my beer being spilled on my trousers. Would recommend a visit.

My wife and myself had a meal on a busy Saturday evening and enjoyed the experance. Service was prompt the food was of a good quality and the staff were friendly. The cost was, for a city center establishment, reasonable so much so I am about to book a table for another pre theater meal.

I was very diasppointed to say the least with Dino's. Firstly, even though we had booked in advance, we had to wait fifteen minutes to be seated. Secondly, we had to ask for drinks as we were never going to be offered. Eventually, when our starters came (stuffed mushrooms) they had not been cooked as the mushrooms were still raw. The final straw came when we asked for a dessert menu and were still waiting 20 mins later. We eventually asked for our bill, minus the stuffed mushrooms, and the staff were apologetic. They obviously cannot cope with the numbers they cram in. Also, the smelly waiter did not help!!

Went in to get some pasta to take away. Was told the kitchen was too busy with people in restaurant. Asked to speak to manager was told he was too busy to speak to me. Customer service? I don't think so!!!! PS Don't buy spag bog it's cooked in the morning and re-heated when you order it...it's like eating elastic bands

How come it costs £10.50 for a melon and parma ham starter? I reckon a price review is needed.

.... Sure, some people are never happy about being ripped off, Tracy! My wife and I ate at Dino's recently and, yes, it was like going back to the bleak and pitiful restaurant standards of 40 years ago. Surely this place is some sort of time-warp joke?

If Dino's offered this standard of food in Italy, they would get the same treatment from the Italians as Mussolini got.
