Having been loyal customers for 5 years plus, we will never return.
A birthday meal for my mum was ruined. Table was pre booked, on arrival the "owner " was standing at the door having a smoke, we were left to find our own table and seat ourselves whilst the staff attempted to sort their TV ariel. A drama was made about two people ordering 2 different types of pasta "it will double our work and the time" the owner explained -not a word of which was believed. In the end only one type of pasta was requested to calm him down.
The arrabiata was bland, the tuna pasta was missing the tuna and the mushroom risotto was.....full of tomato sauce!!
Poor show.
No tip that night for The Trevi.
