We went Nov 07 and after being 'greeted' by the girl wish we had left then.

Normal starters which were no different from the local take away except for the price. Main course was okay, but again no different from the local take away except the extortionate price . Total cost of 2 adults and a child £86.

Never, ever, ever, ever again. A sentiment we all agreed on

i stayed in anderston for years and the cafe india was fab at one time then it just went downhill and stayed ther so we stopped going then it reopened in merchant city so we went to give it a try what adissappointment the food was cold tasteless very pricey and the service was shocking so it hasnt upped the ante with moving premises better with the ashoka elderslie street

The place is very nice light easy atmosphere, staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable.

The starter portions are quite small but tasty main mains are very nice and well presented, one problem was the sauce that came with the chicken tikka it was very running and tastless.

Otherwise vert nice and would recommend as a very nice place to eat.
