I have eaten here quite a few times. First time was with a large crowd of girls. Also been with my other half - real mix of people from intimate dinners to groups - not rowdy at all - great food, not a massive menu but something for everyone. The service is first class, great bar and waiting staff. DJ comes on later so if its something quiet you want I'd maybe leave before DJ starts - gets a bit noisy. Apart from that a real find and with the £12 menu and for every 2 people eating a bottle of wine!!! - value for money or what. I always come back to The Local. Girls in work love it also - what a great find.
