Having been here 6 times already (but never again) and being a kind of a regular, the service standards - the customer care and the food portions has been dropped a lot when their prices increased by 30 %! Even though we booked the upstairs restaurant, we were told that the chef was leaving for an appointment as it was 2:30 so they would send us to downstairs bar! After explaining the that we booked upstairs, they moaned and had to serve (rush) us! We were rushed for 3 courses in less than an hour but still very feeling hungry as the portions were like an appetizer, not a 3 course meal! The biggest portion of the meal was the bread! The worst part to come; as soon as we paid and the rude manager & all waiters walked out and we had to sit and wait for someone to give our jackets and coats! No sign for 15 minutes so we had to go to try to find where they were! Noone in the whole restaurant & bar.
